Paying Hosting Fee
At the start of each billing cycle, our systems emails customers an invoice with a link to make pay their balance. However you have an option to make a payment of any amount at any time. You can do this by the following steps:
- Login to your ASP.NET Web Hosting Control Panel.
- Select Billing from menu.
- Select Billing Profile and go down on this page.
- Enter the amount you want to pay in the format 00.00
- Select query button. This will take you to payment site.
- After your payment is received, our billing department will credit it to your account.
Register/Transfer your Domain
It is not necessary to register or transfer your domain to us in order to host it. m2-server's main focus is web hosting. We provide domain registration services as a convenience to our customers. To register your domain please visit m2 products page. Domain registeration/transfer paid via paypal gets activated immediately. Purchases from 2Checkout will take 8-14 hrs. If you do not get domain activation/transfer confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hrs after making payment, please contact billing@m2-server.com. If payment is made for transfer of domain and transfer fails, the money stays in your Domain account which you can use later for further domain transactions.

ASP.NET Web Hosting and Domain services have two separate Control Panels. For Domain Control Panel visit m2 products Control Panel. Your user name is the e-mail address that you used at the time of domain registration/transfer or other m2 products purchase.
