All our servers are located in Miami, at the Miami Exchange datacenter where we manage them through a team of administrators located physically at the datacenter as well as remotely from our office in Maribor. We attribute this success to our highly qualified team of administrators and the state-of-the-art software and equipment we use.

Superior Datacenter
Our servers are located in Miami Exchange, in Miami Florida. Miami Exchange is one of the most impressive datacenters in the world. The datacenter is owned an operated by CRG West (a Carlyle Group Company) which also operates other major facilities such as the One Wilshire datacenter in downtown LA.

This datacenter uses a state-of-the-art environmental control system that regulates temperature and humidity levels throughout the facility.State-of-the-art fire supression & electric systems prevent any fire or power surges from disrupting server operations. The only entrance to the server cages is through highly secured entryways, protected with palm scanners and keypad locks.

With 3-floors and 48,000 sqft of datacenter space the datacenter is rated as Class-5 hurricane resistant. In case of a power outages, the facility has 2 massive multi-million dollar generators and enough fuel reserves to last several days. The datacenter is 31 feet above sea-level and has never experienced a disruption due to any hurricane or natural disaster

Superior Network
The facility uses CISCO routers and switches setup for redundancy and reliability. We are connected by premium tier-1 carriers such as InterNAP which ensure 100% network reliability. This translates into faster downloads and better reliability for our customers.

Superior Hardware
Our servers run Opteron, XEON or Pentium 4 processors for the best performance. A minimum of 4GB of server-grade DDR RAM is fitted into each of these machines. All of our critical servers run high-end Ultra320 SCSI hard disks in RAID1 or RAID10 arrays. All our servers feature RAID1 or RAID5, with high-performance SCSI or SATA2 hard disks. This means all our systems can tolerate at least 1 hard disk failure with no downtime. All our servers are backed up to secure NAS servers every 24 to 48 hours. All this ensures you data is safer than with us than your hard disk
